Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director at AlgoSec, your role is crucial in leading the global Sales team to secure application connectivity across various networks. Your responsibilities include: - Leading by example, setting high expectations, and ensuring effective follow-through. - Providing coaching and mentorship to the team as needed to ensure their success. - Consistently delivering against targets to achieve company goals and objectives sustainably. - Accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the assigned region. - Managing the region effectively by considering all accounts collectively, establishing accurate plans and forecasts, and prioritizing efforts to generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective. - Implementing sales force structure, process strategies, and resource plans to identify key opportunities in target markets. - Providing leadership and oversight to ensure expert deployment of resources and create a flawless customer experience by collaborating with various internal teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of successful field management experience in leading sales teams in software product companies. - Deep experience in selling with/through partners, especially in Tier1 & Tier2 category. - Proven track record of building direct relationships with C-Level executives in large enterprises. - Dynamic sales professional with at least 15 years of successful experience in direct and channel sales of enterprise-level solutions in India. - Ability to exceed quarterly quota consistently and experience in generating new business while leading a sales team. - Proficiency in working with Salesforce CRM. - Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and ability to build and motivate teams. - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. - Experience in international sales markets, especially in the Middle East, and selling complex cybersecurity solutions would be advantageous.
