Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director at AlgoSec, your role is crucial in leading the global Sales team to secure application connectivity across various platforms. Your responsibilities include: - Leading by example, setting high expectations, and ensuring effective follow-through. - Providing coaching and mentorship to the team as needed for their success. - Consistently delivering against targets to achieve company goals and objectives. - Accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the assigned region. - Effectively managing the region by prioritizing efforts, generating short-term results, and maintaining a long-term perspective. - Establishing sales force structure, process strategies, and resource plans to capitalize on key opportunities in target markets. - Collaborating with various teams like sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and engineering to create a flawless customer experience. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of successful field management experience in leading sales teams in software product companies. - Mumbai, India-based. - Deep experience in selling with/through partners, especially in Tier1 & Tier2 category. - Proven record of building direct relationships with C-Level executives in large enterprises. - Dynamic sales professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in direct and channel sales. - Ability to exceed quarterly quotas consistently and generate new business. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM. - Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and team-building abilities. - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. - Experience in international sales markets, especially in the Middle East, will be advantageous. - Experience in selling complex cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
