Hiring for a Regional Accounts Director / Regional Sales Director – India BU for a top tier global Digital Solutions, Consulting, Systems Integration, and IT Services major.

A tenured Technology major, our client has grown at phenomenal speed over the past few years with the Manufacturing Vertical including use cases involving advanced / emerging technologies.

Role & responsibilities:


  • Meet business and sales goals with full accountability for month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter forecasting and performance
  • Ownership of revenue generation as per the given target
  • Closely collaborate with the Practices and marketing team
  • Work in the front line to drive growth, achieve targets and bring in new logos.
  • Have a strategy and plan in place to nurture and build a strong pipeline.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities and trends.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.


Candidate requirements:


  • 15-20 years of technology sales experience, working with large Indian Enterprises.
  • Min. 6-8 years of sales experience working with IT services organizations.
  • Proven experience closing multi-million dollar deals in areas like CRM, ERP, Digital
  • Transformation, Data/AI, Mobility, CX (Customer Experience), Strategic outsourcing, with ticket size of $ 2-4 millions, with large Indian enterprises, in the Retail / Mfg. / CPG domains.
  • Extensive experience in Accounts Management
  • Good understanding of the regional market, having strong CXO and OEM relationships
  • Ability and willingness to travel as per business requirements
  • Strong communication skills
