Job Description

Role Overview: As the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) at Stantec, you will report directly to the VP, Marketing & Communications, Global. Your role involves providing marketing leadership, strategic expertise, and support to the India regional marketing team. You will work towards communicating and ensuring an understanding of the strategic direction for the team, their various job functions, and the regions and business operating units they serve. Success in this role will be measured by the development of Stantec's relationship with key clients, building the reputation of the team, and supporting the business through brand awareness and identifying market opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop strong relationships with key internal clients and identify project opportunities - Recruit, motivate, and provide ongoing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the marketing and communication professionals within the region - Develop and implement strategies for delivering high-quality services to meet the needs of Stantec's various business centers - Understand and deliver on all aspects of the MCPR business and deliverables to guide local staff in executing various deliverables - Uphold and promote adherence to Stantec's brand guidelines and support team members in producing work according to brand standards - Prepare high-impact proposals, presentations, and other communications in alignment with the Stantec brand - Maintain knowledge of Stantec's markets, clients, capabilities, staff, and competitors to support the development of pursuits as identified in the marketing and business development plans Qualifications Required: - Post-Secondary degree or diploma in business, sales, marketing, and/or communications - Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in a senior marketing role in a medium to large-sized organization, AEC industry experience is a plus - Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing, communications, pursuit process functions, and business development best practices - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Proven experience in creating strategic plans aligned with high-level organizational goals and leading the achievement of strategic goals - Strong people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams - Detail-oriented, organized, with exceptional prioritization skills - Ability to work effectively within a group as well as independently with minimal supervision,
