Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies to effectively reach, engage, and convert local audiences in India. This includes collaborating closely with sales teams to drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and delight and retain B2B customers across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. As part of the International Marketing Team, you will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with the wider vision and mission of the business. Your role will be based onsite at the Bangalore office. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set the Demand Gen/Field strategy: Build and implement demand generation and field marketing strategies and programmes for India to support the overarching INTL marketing goals - Partner with Sales: Collaborate with regional Sales partners to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy - Global collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members in International and Global teams to deliver consistent and impactful marketing results - Performance Tracking and Budget: Develop frameworks to ensure team success, including tracking and measurement of all marketing programs and spend - Regional Leadership: Act as the face of India marketing and an International Marketing brand ambassador **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of B2B Marketing leadership experience in India - Experience in building and implementing full-funnel Demand Gen strategies for different segments - Deep understanding of digital marketing mix and experience in using digital channels for programmatic campaigns - Proficiency in leading and executing field events successfully - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management - Data-driven yet creative mindset with a passion for bringing new insights to projects - Self-starter with a sense of ownership, strategic problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach - Experience in driving team collaboration and stakeholder management to motivate individuals and reach team goals It is important to note that Figma values continuous growth and learning, and encourages candidates who may not perfectly align with all requirements to apply if they are excited about the role.
