Job Description

Role & responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for managing the microfinance business for upto 24 branches in Karimnagar. Key responsibilities would comprise formulating and executing the overall business plan, recruiting and training the business team, delivering the required business, productivity, collections and profitability targets. The Regional Manager shall have direct responsibility to ensure that overall portfolio quality is maintained at the highest level by ensuring adherence to policies and processes. Should be able to handle portfolio of 100 crs. And team size of 120-125 employees. Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred Experience 10+ years of experience in microfinance, financial services, or banking. Should have handled around 70-80 crs portfolio, 70-80 employee strength and 15-20 branches Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth within a region. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, experience with CRM systems, and knowledge of microfinance products and services.
