Job Description

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution aligned with the company's business plan. Your duties will include analyzing market trends, spearheading digitization processes in administration, and managing the company's vision for achieving Net zero goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in setting up new office facilities and guest houses to enhance productivity. In terms of operational efficiency and administration, you will oversee the hygiene and upkeep of offices, provide guidance to branch admins for efficient delivery, and introduce standardization in offices and guesthouses. You will also be tasked with managing budgets, optimizing costs through cost reduction measures, and grooming second-line admin managers for the region. Compliance and risk management will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, handling internal customer complaints, and acting as a liaison between regional vendors and branches. Negotiating with vendors for favorable rates, managing vendor contracts, and reducing dependency on single vendors for major services will also fall within your responsibilities. Performance management and development will be a key focus, requiring you to conduct regular performance evaluations, provide financial reports to senior management, and implement cost reduction measures while maintaining quality. Monitoring and optimizing vendor performance, as well as mentoring junior admin managers for leadership roles, will also be part of your duties. Stakeholder engagement and communication are essential components of this role, involving acting as a key point of contact for regional vendors and branches, effectively communicating with senior management on financial and operational matters, and engaging employees in sustainability initiatives and productivity enhancements. You will also facilitate smooth operations through vendor management and ensure clear communication of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include strategically planning and controlling Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) to manage the administration of offices and project sites efficiently. Ensuring the availability of required facilities to satisfy internal stakeholders will be a critical aspect of your role. Qualifications required for this position include Graduation, MBA, M.Comm., or MA, along with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience. This role is located in Gurugram.,
