Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage A Team Of Area Manager & Medical Representatives To Achieve Regional Targets .
  • Develop And Execute Strategic Plans To Increase Market Share, Improve Brand Visibility, And Drive Business Growth.
  • Build Strong Relationships With Key Customers, Including Hospitals, Clinics, And Medical Institutions.
  • Analyze Market Trends, Competitor Activity, And Customer Needs To Inform Product Positioning And Promotional Activities.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams (E.G., Marketing, Operations) To Ensure Effective Execution Of Regional Sales Strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales With 2/3 Years as Regional Head Preferably With Expertise In Acute / Pulmonology / Respiratory Segment.
  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Significant Revenue Growth Through Effective Leadership And Strategy Development.
  • Strong Understanding Of The Indian Healthcare Industry Landscape; Knowledge Of Local Regulations An Asset.
  • Excellent Communication Skills; Ability To Build Strong Relationships At All Levels Within Organizations.
