Role & responsibilities

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives at the regional level.
  • Manage performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure smooth employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Support implementation of corporate HR policies, processes, and change management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Lead recruitment for the region across levels, with a focus on

    asset-side roles (sales & business functions)

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, campus hiring, and referrals.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring within defined TAT and budget
