Role & responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent. Work with managers to identify and address talent gaps and development needs. Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. Address performance issues and support managers in developing performance improvement plans. Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Collect, analyse, and report on HR metrics and data. Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
