Designation: - Regional Manager

Location: - Uttar Pradesh

The key responsibilities areas are:

  • Create marketing hierarchy and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Represent the company at public inquiries, public meetings, external organisations, and co- ordinate with agriculture officers.
  • Key responsible for P&L, revenue budget forecasting, sales plan, sales forecasts and KPI reporting
  • To ensure full compliance with established legal procedures and legislation
  • Identify and carry out of investigations and preparing appropriate solutions for professional problems, within the relevant discipline, including consultation, liaison and partnership working
  • Manage and create distribution channels and trade by ensuring optimal market penetration, while monitoring the activities of competing companies. Regularly develop and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Qualification and Experience:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc./Post Graduation in Sales, Business Administration Agriculture or relevant field
  • Experience in managing a high-performance sales
  • Work experience in sales and marketing in Seeds or Agriculture would be preferable.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Having good leadership skills to drive the team.
