Regional Credit Manager

The incumbent in this Full Time position in the BL Department will be responsible for end-to-end credit processing, which includes handling fresh sanctions, renewals, and other related tasks. You will be required to underwrite Unsecured Business loan finance proposals following the established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include conducting personal discussions with customers to assess their creditworthiness. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of credit and KYC documents through telephonic, field, and collateral visits. Keeping track of credit requirements such as Sanction Limit and client Net worth by preparing and maintaining MIS reports will be part of your duties. You will also be accountable for preparing Policies & Processes and updating them regularly with approvals under the guidance of the leader. Handling audit queries, preparing Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM), and coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets while meeting TAT or SLAs are vital aspects of this role. Ensuring adherence to credit policies and standards, as well as managing front-end delinquencies by contacting customers on the first presentation, will be crucial for success in this position.,
