Job Description

As a key member of the APAC marketing team at Enerpac Tool Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing Product marketing strategies, new product launch GTM plans, regional pricing, and channel marketing strategy for the SEAPAC (India, SEA, ANZ) region. This individual contributor role will be based in Bangalore, reporting to the APAC Marketing Director in Singapore. Your primary responsibilities will include focusing on market strategy, sales/commercial support, and NPD commercial aspects. You will closely collaborate with APAC marketing director and commercial directors across SEAPAC to develop and implement regional product market strategies, including Go-to-Market plans and tracking performance. Analyzing market dynamics, distributor profiles, and sales strategies will be essential in creating targeted sales promotions plans tailored to specific markets. Furthermore, you will work on conducting market analyses, competitive benchmarks, and collaborating with commercial directors to shape annual marketing plans and budgets. Your role will also involve ensuring close coordination with commercial directors and national accounts directors to provide commercial training support for distributor teams, as well as collaborating with the global Marcom and product teams to offer relevant training materials for successful promotions and product launches. Additionally, you will work on professionalizing the new product introduction process, managing product launches in the region, and supporting pricing teams for product pricing and repositioning. An ideal candidate for this role would have at least 10-12 years of experience in sales or strategic marketing, with a focus on B2B business growth, along with APAC regional work experience preferred. You should possess hands-on experience in developing marketing plans with distributors, launching GTM plans for new products, managing existing product portfolios, and enabling sales teams. Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, written and verbal communication skills, data analytics, and presentation capabilities are essential qualities for this position.
