Job Description

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution : Manage the entire end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for various IT projects. Methodology Adherence : Drive project success by effectively applying Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability. Scope & Requirements Management : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear and agreed-upon requirements. Stakeholder Management : Proactively identify, engage, and manage expectations of all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment. Team Leadership & Facilitation : Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment to achieve project objectives. Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans to prevent impediments to project delivery. Reporting & Communication : Provide regular, accurate, and concise project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies. Tool Proficiency : Utilize project management tools like Jira and MS Project effectively for planning, tracking, and reporting. Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business Skills and Experience : Experience : 5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT project management. Project Lifecycle Management : Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles for complex IT projects. Agile Methodologies : Strong practical grasp and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban. Tools Proficiency : Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and MS Project. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholder groups and expectations. Team Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
