Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Recycler Onboarding Executive. The Recycler Onboarding Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching recyclers, onboarding them onto the company's platform, maintaining relationships, and addressing their needs and inquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for seamless integration, conducting market research to identify new recyclers, and promoting EcoEx's offerings as a trusted waste management partner. Regular reporting and communication form part of the day-to-day tasks for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of waste management practices and EPR compliance is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address client inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in waste management, onboarding, or client-facing roles preferred
