The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting tasks, such as sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and spearheading training programs for new hires. Qualifications Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should have experience in recruiting, hiring, and conducting interviews Training skills and experience in conducting new hire orientation programs Experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus Should also possess excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Should also have a good understanding of labor laws and regulations in the region.
