Opening for Recruitment Specialist - Navi Mumbai Role & responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates for various roles, with hands on experience on the ATS Preferred candidate profile: Ensure robust sourcing, screening is in place and lead the team in coordinating for the interviews with hiring managers, ensuring no lag. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and job boards. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process. Perks and benefits: Must be a Graduate Overall Lateral hiring experience of 5 to 8 years with at least 1-2 years of experience in team handling. Must have handled a sizable no. of team members from any of the BPO firms.
