Role Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, document verification, salary negotiations and induction & training. This role demands a high level of ownership, people-centric thinking, and the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Build relationships with colleges and institutes to source interns and fresh talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a digital/creative/IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques and college outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with multiple requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
