Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistic Recruitment Specialist located in the Mohali district. The Logistic Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, recruiting, and training new employees. Daily tasks will include managing the recruitment process from start to finish, identifying talent needs, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires along with other HR activities.The Recruitment Specialist will also work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and fulfillment of staffing needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
