Location: Nungambakkam

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather detailed job requirements.
• Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes/applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
• Keep candidates informed about the recruitment process and next steps.
• Present offers to selected candidates and handle any questions related to the offer.
• Track candidate information and recruitment progress in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Follow legal and company guidelines in the recruitment process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
