Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new recruitment initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
