Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to strengthen our client's business.


You will play a key role in supporting our mission by conducting detailed research and data collection to identify potential hiring partners, candidates, and live job opportunities. Your work will involve maintaining and updating structured databases, performing market mapping, and generating actionable insights.


Sitting within the support team, you will use data tools such as Excel and LinkedIn to gather, organise, and validate information that directly informs our recruitment and business development strategies. This role requires strong research, organisational, and communication skills, along with a proactive and professional approach.


Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are confident working within our data-driven environment.


About the Company


My client is an award-winning online training company dedicated to helping our students achieve their career goals.


We are a UK-based training company specialising in equipping students with in-demand skills across IT, cybersecurity, data, AI, networking, and IT helpdesk. Once students complete their training, we support them in securing employment through our job guarantee program.


Due to increased client demand, we are expanding our recruitment support team.



Key Responsibilities


Market & Company Mapping

  • Research and identify potential hiring companies and candidates across the UK and Europe in IT, cybersecurity, data, AI, and networking
  • Build contact lists (e.g., recruiters, talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, directors/CEOs) using LinkedIn, online search, and industry job portals
  • Build candidate lists based on client requirements
  • Map companies by size and geography


Job Mapping

  • Monitor key job boards (Reed, Indeed, CV Library, etc.) for live vacancies at entry/junior levels in relevant sectors
  • Capture and log job details, including hiring company, job title, contact person,…
  • Database Management
  • Input and maintain structured databases and spreadsheets with candidate-company/job matches.
  • Deliver daily updates and mapping reports for review by the Recruitment Manager
  • Provide weekly updates for review by the Director


Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Director
  • Provide timely research outputs that enable the business development team to conduct outreach
  • Collaborate with peers in the support team to balance workloads and cover overlapping projects



Requirements


Essential:

  • Experience as a recruitment researcher, recruiter, or lead researcher
  • Knowledge of the IT industry
  • Experience using LinkedIn for job, company, contact, and candidate research


Desirable:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data, AI, or networks
  • Knowledge of Apollo, ZoomInfo,…
  • Experience using online job boards (Reed, Indeed, CV Library, etc.)



Training & Development


  • Structured onboarding covering UK company hierarchies, job roles, and relevant industry sectors
  • Hands-on training with the Recruitment Manager and Director to set expectations and working methods
  • Ongoing support and feedback to quickly bring you up to speed

  • up to ₹5 lakhs per annum + performance bonuses

  • Stage 1: Initial interview with the Recruitment Director

Additional Information:


Location: Fully remote

Work Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM UK time, Monday-Friday

Reports to: Recruitment Manager
