Recruitment Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the TA Operations team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Manage end-to-end coordination for senior-level and confidential hires.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-priority recruitment cases.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to enhance candidate experience.
• Review and optimize TA processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
• Prepare operational reports and insights for leadership.

Ideal Profile:

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, including team leadership.
• Experienced in handling confidential and sensitive roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
