Recruitment Officer / Executive
Location: Head Office, Paldi, AhmedabadExperience: 2+ years in recruitment (preferably within the pharmaceutical industry)Key ResponsibilitiesManage ~90% recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding for both plant/operational roles and overseas positions.Handle ~10% HR admin: maintaining candidate/employee data, supporting onboarding and report generation.Build strong candidate pipelines, especially for pharma/production roles, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.Work closely with hiring managers, ensure compliance with process, follow up until joining.Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree (HR, Business Administration or related).Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment; pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.Strong sourcing skills (job portals, social media, referrals) and good coordination.Excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills.Comfortable with MS Office and basic HR tools.High confidentiality, team player, adaptable to changing priorities.Preferred (Pharma-Industry) RequirementsPrior exposure to recruitment in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing sector — familiarity with production, quality, R&D or plant roles is an advantage.Understanding of manufacturing / plant hiring dynamics is a plus.Experience working in an environment with regulated processes or manufacturing workforce is desirable.
