Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the internal recruitment team to deliver on hiring needs across all technical and non-technical functions.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT roles (e.g., software developers, DevOps, data engineers, cybersecurity, etc.).

  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.

  • Optimize sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.

  • Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical expertise, and soft skills.

  • Build a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.

  • Train and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring consistency and quality in candidate screening and interviewing.

  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
