We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals, from analysts to senior consultants and partners. This role will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, and collaborate with business leaders to meet strategic hiring goals.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the firm's growth plans and consulting service lines.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including creating job requisitions, assisting team in sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for consulting roles.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with consulting practice leaders and stakeholder to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and team dynamics.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, university partnerships, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Employer Branding: Work closely with marketing and HR teams to promote the firm's employer brand to attract top consulting talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment specialists and coordinators within the team.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational standards and incorporate industry best practices.
