Job Description

Role: Recruitment Manager cum HRBP

Total Experience: 8+years

Notice period: Immediate to 30days

Interviews: F2F meeting is required

Education , Required skills & Experience

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

8 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment & HR, with strong exposure to Quality hirings.

Proven track record of handling high numbers of hiring and stakeholder management.

Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

Recruitment:

Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan

Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.

Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.

Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.

Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.

Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.

HR Business Partnering:

Work closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives.

Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development plans.

Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal.

Partner with managers to drive people-related decisions and initiatives.

Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
