Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Partner with HR to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, policies, and compliance. Review resumes, conduct screening calls, and lead interview panels. Provide guidance and training to other interviewers and team members on hiring best practices. Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Use data and metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and make continuous improvements. Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles are embedded in all hiring processes. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or job boards when necessary.
