Recruitment Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent planning, while ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including high-volume sales positions (a core priority), client-facing account management roles, technical development positions, and internal opportunities such as team leadership and project management.     India and the UK

    , working closely with local teams and leadership
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning
  • Oversee screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create ideal candidate profiles, with a strong emphasis on identifying and assessing B2B SaaS talent across various roles, particularly exceptional sales professionals.
  • Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple locations. Be adept at navigating both UK and Indian job portals to assess candidate proficiencies and manage the wider interview process, including assigning technical tasks, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners for international hiring
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, talent availability, and market dynamics in India and the UK

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, particularly across India and the UK, covering high-volume sales roles (a core priority), client-facing account management, technical development positions, and internal roles such as team leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools in UK/India.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices, cultural nuances, and employment trends
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on optimizing recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, pipeline strength, and offer-to-acceptance ratios, while ensuring clear and consistent reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Previous experience in hiring in UK
