Position: Account Manager - UK Voice Process

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in our customer support team, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and providing top-notch support.

International Voice Process

Were looking for candidates with experience in international customer support and voice processes.

Youll be:

  • Assisting customers via phone, ensuring their concerns are addressed professionally.
  • Raising support tickets and monitoring work orders to completion.
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling escalation and retention calls effectively.
  • Learning and growing within the world of PropTech, with ample opportunities for career advancement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum

    4 years of experience

    in customer support or account management.
  • Experience in international voice processes and SaaS-based customer support (preferably UK).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • People-handling skills with the ability to gel well within the team and potential to lead in the future.

  • Operations knowledge.

  • Knowledge of the PropTech and SaaS industry.
  • Experience as a Project Manager would be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle escalations and retention calls with professionalism.

  • Intelligent, proactive, and tech-savvy, with eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals.
