About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in managing bulk and sales hiring across various regions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and business leaders, gaining valuable insights into high-volume hiring, employer branding, and recruitment operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates for sales, field, and medical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on role requirements.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback collection with hiring teams.Support in organizing walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and bulk hiring events.Update and maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards.Help improve candidate engagement and employer branding on social platforms.Assist with offer rollouts and onboarding coordination as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tracking.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Availability to work from the Ghatkopar office for the internship duration.What You’ll GainPractical exposure to end-to-end recruitment and talent operations.Hands-on experience with bulk and sales hiring.Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).Opportunity for full-time employment post successful internship.About Company: We are a product-based company in the dental technology space.
