Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Scheduling interviews- sourcing potential candidates through various channels and scheduling interviews accordingly.
• Conducting preliminary interviews- performing initial screening and telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Salary negotiation and documentation- discussing compensation expectations and handling necessary documentation processes.
• Onboarding new hires- coordinating the joining process and facilitating smooth onboarding for new employees.
