Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews with potential candidates
• Help in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs
• Update and maintain recruitment databases using MS-Excel
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Draft engaging job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with onboarding processes
