Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Assist in maintaining and updating the recruitment database.Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation and preparing offer letters.Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.About Company: Cardekho.com is India's largest auto-tech company and a one-stop shop for an integrated auto-ecosystem play to provide exceptional consumer experience through best-in-class products and tech innovations.
