Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Understanding the recruitment requirement from the individual departments and making the job description as required.
Reviewing, shortlisting & lining up the candidates for the face-to-face interview after telephonic filtration.
Conducting, coordinating the interviews and closing the position.
Handling the basic HR generalist activities like Joining formalities, exit formalities, policy improvements etc.
