Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Roles & responsibilitiesWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at the corporate office in Hyderabad. This 3-month internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions within the dynamic environment of the real estate sector.Assist in recruitment activities: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databasesSupport onboarding and documentation processes for new joinersCoordinate with different departments for employee data and attendance trackingHelp in organizing employee engagement and R&R activitiesMaintain and update HR records, employee files, and databasesAssist in drafting HR communications and reportsSupport daily administrative HR tasks as needed

Key Skills & Requirements
