As a Recruitment & HR Manager (People Manager) at Application House in Indore, you will be leading the recruitment and HR functions with a strong focus on performance and discipline. Identifying and addressing any complacent or inefficient staff members promptly will be part of your role. Implementing and enforcing shift management systems, working hours, and reducing unplanned absences will be essential in maintaining discipline and accountability among the team. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to clearly set performance expectations, drive accountability, and work closely with team leads to track and improve daily output.
