Job Description

As a Recruitment & HR Manager (People Manager) at Application House in Indore, you will be leading the recruitment and HR functions with a strong focus on performance and discipline. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, handling HR compliance activities, planning employee engagement events, conducting induction and exit formalities, supervising office support staff, and coordinating maintenance work. You will own the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding new employees, and planning the workforce effectively. Monitoring staff output, time logs, shift rosters, and leave requests will be crucial to ensure efficiency. Identifying and addressing any complacent or inefficient staff members promptly will be part of your role. Implementing and enforcing shift management systems, working hours, and reducing unplanned absences will be essential in maintaining discipline and accountability among the team. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to clearly set performance expectations, drive accountability, and work closely with team leads to track and improve daily output. Creating a work culture that values commitment, efficiency, and integrity will be vital. You should be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and demonstrate professional and polite communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly intelligent, driven, and efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results. You should be able to work independently with minimal support, willing to work long hours, and lead by example.
