As a Recruitment & HR Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of our hiring processes, HR operations, and staff performance. Your role will be pivotal in driving productivity, fixing issues, and building a high-performing team. Here's what you can expect: **Role Overview:** In this leadership position, you will be responsible for improving staff output, controlling absenteeism, managing leaves and shifts efficiently, and ensuring accountability across the team. You will closely monitor staff performance, identify areas of complacency, and implement systems to enforce discipline, efficiency, and ownership. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about performance, seek more responsibility, and are eager to grow into a Director-level position quickly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Recruitment & HR functions with a focus on performance and discipline - Own end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning - Monitor staff output, time logs, shift rosters, and leave requests closely - Identify and address complacent, inefficient, or unaccountable staff - Implement shift management systems, enforce working hours, and reduce unplanned absences - Continuously improve staff discipline, time management, and team reliability - Communicate clear performance expectations and drive accountability - Collaborate with team leads to track and enhance daily output - Foster a work culture that values commitment, efficiency, and integrity - Take full ownership of tasks and proactively seek more responsibilities to support company growth - Communicate fluently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent in English with crisp, clear, professional, and polite communication - Highly intelligent, driven, and focused on achieving output and results - Ability to work independently with minimal support - Willingness to work 60-70 hours per week and lead by example - Passionate about discipline, staff accountability, and process control - Extremely ambitious with a desire to progress rapidly to Manager or Director level - Thrives on monitoring performance and addressing underperformance - Fast learner with a strong eagerness to grow quickly - Based in Indore or willing to relocate for full-time on-site work In addition, it is mandatory to have graduated from a university ranked in the Top 100 in India.
