Recruitment & HR Manager

As a Recruitment & HR Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the hiring process, HR operations, and staff performance. Your responsibilities will include leading the Recruitment & HR functions, owning end-to-end hiring and onboarding, and closely monitoring staff output and discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Recruitment & HR functions with a focus on performance and discipline - Own end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning - Closely monitor staff output, time logs, shift rosters, and leave requests - Identify and take corrective action for staff who are complacent, inefficient, or unaccountable - Implement shift management systems, enforce working hours, and reduce unplanned absences - Continuously improve staff discipline, time management, and team reliability - Communicate clear performance expectations and drive accountability - Work closely with team leads to track and improve daily output - Create a work culture that values commitment, efficiency, and integrity - Take ownership and seek more responsibilities to support company growth Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English with professional communication skills - Highly intelligent, driven, and focused on output and results - Ability to work independently with minimal support - Willingness to work 60-70 hours per week and lead by example - Obsessed with discipline, staff accountability, and process control - Ambitious and eager to grow quickly within the organization - Fast learner with a desire for rapid career progression - Must be based in Indore or willing to relocate for on-site work - Graduated from a university ranked in the Top 100 in India At our company, you will have the opportunity to drive productivity, discipline, and people performance.
