Recruitment Head & Business Development Manager Role Task Document Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter & Specialist who is experienced in both IT and Non-IT Sectors from Entry level to Mid-level roles of recruitment across both domains to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, New Client Onboarding, and strategic HR functions. This role involves contributing to business growth, improving internal processes, and managing both clients and internal team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other effective methods. Fulfil client requirements by identifying and placing the right talent within agreed timelines. Establish tie-ups with colleges, NGOs, or other institutions for bulk and niche hiring needs. Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of candidate and recruitment activities for internal use. Client Management & Coordination Onboard and empanel new clients as per company policy. Coordinate with existing and new clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure closures within deadlines. Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction. Marketing & Channel Optimization Analyze and identify the most effective marketing and sales channels for recruitment and HR services. Evaluate which methods within these channels yield the best results and apply them accordingly. Strategic Planning & Growth Contribution Collaborate with the management team on strategic HR planning and ensure timely implementation of initiatives. Continuously suggest and implement new ideas to contribute to the company’s overall growth and expansion. Process & Compliance Improvement Regularly review internal processes and compliance protocols to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement revised procedures that enhance efficiency and align with best practices. Documentation & Reporting Create internal documents including newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, company policies, and reports as needed. Prepare and present dashboards and performance reports for internal and client-related activities. Team Management Guide and support junior HR team members and recruitment staff to meet their targets. Ensure the team maintains high standards of professionalism and performance. Confidentiality & Data Security Ensure strict confidentiality of organizational data, client information, and recruitment processes. Follow internal policies and data protection practices at all times.
