The Leaders Hive is an initiative of Mukunda Ventures Global Services LLP.

It is an Executive search company specifically dedicated for startup ecosystem enablers. Anyone whose activities promote the growth of startups is an enabler of the startup ecosystem. This includes stakeholders such as Incubators, Accelerators, Investors, Mentors, Govt Bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping of target segments for the clients in order to search relevant candidates.
• Researching and building the database for candidates, researching the client companies and its competitors
• Responsible for headhunting the candidates from social media/professional networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, google etc
• Drafting and posting job descriptions. Sourcing pool of candidates from portal Naukri, Times Jobs, and Monster which are relevant for positions, do the telephonic screening/one to one or virtual screening as per availability of the candidates
• Coordinating for the interview schedule and follow up
• Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Understanding of the full recruitment cycle
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time-management & organisational skills
