Recruitment Consultant/Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and advise on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks.
• Source and build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive networking for roles in

  manufacturing, engineering, automotive, FMCG/beverages, semiconductor, aerospace

  , etc.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and apply structured assessment techniques to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers, facilitate salary discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding while aligning expectations with client budgets.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS, prepare recruitment reports.
• Manage bulk and niche hiring projects under tight timelines while building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience in Non-IT domains.
• Proven success in hiring for technical and operational roles in the above industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor team members.
