Recruitment Consultant

UpMan Placements is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our International Recruitment Division at our Ahmedabad office . The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for international mandates across Middle East and Africa regions. You will work closely with our internal Key Account Managers , who will provide job mandates and client requirements. No direct client coordination is involved. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups. Handle international hiring mandates from internal Key Account Managers. Utilize various job portals (Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing strategies to find the right talent. Maintain an active pipeline of relevant candidates for recurring roles. Ensure timely delivery on assigned mandates with quality profiles. Desired Candidate Profile: 1 to 4 years of experience in international recruitment , preferably for Middle East and/or African markets. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in sourcing through job boards and social platforms. Prior experience with recruitment consultancies or staffing firms is preferred.
