Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, liaising with clients to understand their hiring needs, and providing consultative advice on market trends and candidate availability. The role requires working closely with hiring managers to ensure that the best talent is matched with the right opportunities.
