Recruitment Consultant

Job Role & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for international voice process roles (primarily US/UK/Australia clients). Understand specific client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly. Screen and evaluate candidates’ spoken English and communication skills . Coordinate and schedule interviews with operations or client-side teams. Maintain candidate pipelines and daily trackers using Excel or internal tools. Ensure timely closures by following up with candidates and clients. Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets: sourcing, screening, and joining. Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. Key Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in recruiting for international voice process roles . Excellent spoken and written English communication . Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and Boolean searches. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Good knowledge of BPO hiring, especially for companies like US BPO Companies . Basic MS Excel and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any stream) not must. Prior experience hiring for Inside Sales or US/UK voice CSR roles . Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of accountability. Should have worked for Recruitment Consultancy in the Past and should have worked for Volume hiring .
