Job Description

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner. Responsibilities: 1. Work with UK Recruitment Consultant to increase business month on month. 2. Source and hire the right profile for the said requirements especially in healthcare services ( Doctors ) 3. Establishes recruiting requirements by understanding the client's plans and objectives. 4. Managing the stakeholders and their requirements. 5. Assessing candidate fitment on culture and motivational fit, utilizing the behavioural-based approach and screening criteria defined by the client. 6. Contact past applicants for new job opportunities. 7. Develop a network of potential candidates and proactively build the talent pool of potential hires. 8. Talent attraction using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter). 9. Referral creation from internal and external networks. 10. Creation of exceptional candidate experience - Being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care, and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process. 11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Skill Required: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience into 360 healthcare recruitment (Doctors ) 3. Good Sourcing Knowledge (UK Doctors) 4. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure 5. Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Show more Show less
