Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Associate (Recruiter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and acquiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Assisting in screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of hiring processes.
• Engaging with candidates to build rapport and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
