Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing, Proven experience as an HR Recruiter,

Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.

• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

• Screening and Interviewing • Candidate Management: Maintain and update a database of candidates, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with all applicants.

• Offer Management: Extend job offers, coordinate salary negotiations, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

• Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring clear and accurate representation of job requirements
