Recruitment Associate

We are hiring Recruitment Associates to join one of our reputed MNC Client. If you are passionate about delivering a seamless candidate experience, love interacting with people, and are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates to motivate and assist them in completing their job applications.

• Schedule/reschedule candidates' first day of work and share onboarding details.

• Review application forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Handle inbound calls, instant messages, and resolve candidates' queries professionally.

• Respond to candidate queries via email/text and manage issues on a ticketing platform (knowledge of ServiceNow is an added advantage).

• Provide excellent candidate experience at all stages of the process.

• Maintain a quality score of 90% and above consistently.

• Escalate complex issues promptly and seek guidance where needed.

• Ensure strict adherence to process controls and update documentation regularly to ensure compliance.

• Propose ideas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Actively participate in team-building activities.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client and candidate data.

• Consistently ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in an international contact center environment (preferably USA-based processes).

• Prior experience working under strict timelines and deliverables.

• Neutral accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity. • Agile, flexible, and adaptable to changing work schedules.

• Proficient at navigating and working across multiple systems/tools simultaneously.

• Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in any US time zone shift (EST/CST/MST/PST).

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week-offs as needed.
