Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, headhunting firms, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate options.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes, including lateral hiring and talent sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
